Nobody will respond to a EPIRB in an emergency. Must be able to travel at least 150 miles safely between fuel stops. Boat insurance typically excludes coverage in Cuba. Internet at major hotels and marinas cost $3/hr using an Internet Card. The SPOT Gen 3 tracking device will work throughout Cuba.
